Массовая гибель рыбы в реке Кошкарата: причины, расследование и решение

8 апреля, в Шымкенте в реке Кошкарата произошел мор рыбы. В Кошкарате обитает несколько видов рыб: плотва, карась ну и самая ценная маринка, а точнее речная форель, которая обитает на чистой и холодной воде. И если учесть, что сейчас идет нерест, пора откладывания икры, то не трудно подсчитать какой ущерб нанесен природе.

Случай мора рыбы в реке Кошкарата в Шымкенте взят на контроль министерства сельского хозяйства, сообщил заместитель председателя комитета лесного хозяйства и животного мира Нариман Жунусов.

Для выяснения причины гибели рыб была создана рабочая комиссия с участием заинтересованных ведомств и экологов. В связи с тем что лед здесь растаял уже давно говорить о нехватке кислорода в воде не приходится.

Представители Ассоциации практикующих экологов выехали на место проишествия 10 апреля. Стоит отметить что река Кошкарата проходит по всему городу, вдоль больниц, строительных магазинов и частных домов, где принимают кожу и металл для обработки кислотой. Течение воды довольно быстрое. В некоторых частях вода из реки через внутрихозяйственные каналы поступают в домохозяйства. По утверждению местных жителей после проишествия крупнорогатый скот не пьет воду из реки Кошкарата. Местные жители беспокоятся что возможное загрязнение воды, приведшее к гибели рыб, может также навредить урожаю.

Представители управления сельского хозяйства и ветеринарии Шымкента 9 апреля брали туши рыб и провели ихтиологическую экспертизу туш рыбы, а именно маринки на наличие металлических ядов цинка и ртути, а также на наличие паразитов, личинки трематода, цистода и нематода.  По результатам испытания вышеперечисленные вещества в туши рыбы не были обнаружены. Но испытания на наличие аммиака, и других химических веществ в туши рыбы не были проведены.

Позже 18 апреля в микрорайоне Тельман ниже точки сброса канализационных стоков были обнаружены 20 мертвых рыб. Департаментом экологии по г. Шымкент были взяты пробы в нескольких точках реки для выявления вредных веществ. Лабораторные исследования показали превышение предельно допустимой концентрации вредных веществ ниже стоков из ирригационных сетей и из трубы вблизи магазина “Инкар” на площади Ордабасы, также в микрорайоне Тельман вблизи территории ТОО “Юг-Строй 2030”. По факту сброса канализационных стоков органами внутренних дел возбуждено уголовное дело по статье 328-й части 2-ой уголовного кодекса РК».

Но вопрос  “Являются ли эти источники причиной массовой гибели рыбы 8 апреля?” остается без ответа. Учитывая что 9 апреля ночью в Шымкенте был сильный дождь, а также течение воды довольно быстрое о релевантности результатов испытаний лабораторий департамента экологии по г.Шымкент к массовой гибели рыбы 8 апреля не приходится. В подобных проишествиях скорость реагирования остается основным предпосылком для выявления истинной причины.

В целом, массовая гибель рыбы в реке Урал в Атырау, в реке Уил в Атырауской области и в реке Кошкар-ата в Шымкенте указывает на неэффективное управление водными ресурсами на государственном уровне. Однозначно комплексное решение данной проблемы требует системный подход и указывает на необходимость восстановления Министерства окружающей среды и водных ресурсов, и на необходимость пересмотра требований по очистке сточных вод.
